Shipment processing time

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

1. Order Processing Time

We know you want your new earbuds and tech gear as quickly as possible. All in-stock orders are processed and handed over to our delivery partners within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your delivery details and tracking information.

We currently ship to:

  • Lebanon Only

If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

5. Delays & Issues

Because our products are handmade:

  • Unexpected delays may occur during high-demand periods.

  • Courier delays are beyond our control.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to address errors

7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:
